Although we are sure to get all the details correct, we are aware that expectations are not always met. Because of this, we have designed a transparent and unbiased return policy so that your shopping experience is hassle-free.

Within the 7 days since the delivery of your order, you may request and get a refund or exchange a product, in case it:

• Is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Has not been custom-made or personalized
• Was delivered incorrectly, damaged, or defective
• It is important to note that all make-to-measure and made-to-measure jackets are non-refundable and non-returnable since they are custom.

We accept order cancellations within 24 hours of placement. By the time this window gets over, your jacket may have already been enrolled in production, and it can no longer be cancelled. To cancel, contact us immediately at bringojackets@gmail.com

In case of any problem, contact our support team via email, which should be addressed to bringojackets@gmail.com within 24 hours.

If approved, return the item using trackable shipping. The customers have to pay the return charges unless it is our fault, which caused the problem.

When the money is checked, we receive it immediately, and you will know the status of your refund or change.

Refunded payments that have been approved are refunded to you through the same payment method, after 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

• The differences in colors related to the screen setting or lighting cannot be accepted as the reason to return.
• We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet the above conditions.
